What is FlyBaby?

FlyBaby's mission is to make traveling with baby as stress-free as possible, by letting parents borrow a crib & other baby gear at their destination. We also offer tons of free planning and travel tips!

How does it work?

  1. Search by destination to see a list of baby gear available for delivery. Try entering a City, or even an exact address. You'll see a list of all the gear available in that general area.
  2. Choose your gear, reserve your dates, and pay securely in the app.
  3. Your gear will be delivered to the address of your choosing- a hotel, AirBnb, or even Grandma's house. We'll also pick it up at the end of your trip.

Will my gear be clean & safe?

FlyBaby is proud to be GABERCO certified, which means our local partners are trained in safety, professionalism, and cleanliness, as well as kept up to date on recalls. Your saftey is #1 to us!

How do I get the gear?

From the FlyBaby stork! Just kidding. We have a huge network of local partners, most of them moms like you, ready to lend you their gear. We will deliver the gear to an address you choose (hotel, AirBnb, Grandma's house...), and pick it up when you're done!

We're super proud of our local partner network, many of whom have been renting gear locally for years. Our goal is to empower these women-run, small businesses. When you book with FlyBaby, you're supporting other moms like you, not just some company!

Do I need an iPhone?

Nope! We offer two ways to book:

  1. Instantly on our iPhone app.
  2. Via our quick online form, which takes 1-2 days to confirm.

What is the cancellation policy?

Travelers have up to 48 hrs after booking for a 100% refund.

Because your gear is unable to to booked by other travelers once reserved, there is a 50% cancellation charge after 48 hours, and no refunds within 7 days of your trip.
